Hi! I'm Shannon!

I am a holistic health coach, and I have helped hundreds of people elevate and realign their physical, mental, and emotional health. 

I know from personal experience with SAD (seasonal affective disorder) that the holidays and winter season can be ROUGH. And I know I'm not alone--far too many of my clients and loved ones have a really hard time when winter sets in. Which is why I am holding this workshop!
